Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand visibility
  • Plan and execute product displays and promotions in retail stores
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences
  • Ensure proper stock levels and availability of products
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and merchandising effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchandising
