Job Overview


We are hiring for the role of Ticketing - Tours And Travels in Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing and travel operations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in ticketing and travel operations
  • Knowledge of ticketing software and reservation systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GDS systems
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to changing travel trends and technologies


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage ticketing, reservation, and booking processes for clients
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues
  • Stay updated with the latest travel regulations, fares, and promotions
  • Prepare and present travel itineraries to clients
  • Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes in travel plans
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and financial transactions
  • Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents and visas
