We are searching for a HR Assistant with 0-1 year of experience. This entry level position offers an opportunity for growth and development within the HR field. If you are a motivated and detail - oriented with a passion for HR, we invite you to apply and contribute to our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and collaborating with hiring managers.

2. Onboarding Assistance: Contribute to the onboarding process by facilitating orientation sessions, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

3. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.

4. Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to HR processes, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.

5. Training and Development: Support the organization of training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives for employees.

6. Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, providing basic HR information and assisting in addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

7. Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR-related information.

8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
