Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our company attracts, retains, and develops top talent, while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

RND Softech Private Limited, founded in 1999, is a leading Business Process Outsourcing organization located in Coimbatore. We are part of the PSG-Karthikeya group, which provides us with a grounded understanding of specific business challenges facing global companies. Our services include Healthcare BPO, Data Processing & Business Transcription services, Financial Accounting & Asset Management BPO, Software Development & IT Networking Services, and HR BPO services.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
  • Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to identify areas for improvement
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance efforts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or MBA
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR executive or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
