JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director of People Analytics, the People Analytics Manager will lead regional People Analytics team members to support the offerings of the Global People Analytics function to develop and deliver HR metrics and analytical insight into people data. The People Analytics Manager will provide thought leadership on People Analytics best practice, and will co-develop, and co-execute strategy on People Analytics Offerings The People Analytics Manager will leverage people data subject matter expertise and analytical insight to Talent Acquisition, Management, or Compensation-related projects and initiatives to supporting Labcorp Leadership by helping identify insights, trends, and patterns in Human Capital dynamics. Creates and maintains process documentation Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of measures and metrics Works independently, quickly , and efficiently in a hybrid remote / in-office environment with teammates spanning the globe. Communicates effectively with colleagues and leaders at all levels of the organization Good communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to leverage data and analytics to influence decisions Maintains confidentiality; appropriately protects employee personal data Effectively prioritizes workload comprised of both transactional and project-based tasks for self and for teammates

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of working experience in HR 4+ years of working with Workday HCM Reporting capabilities or 4+ years working with a variety of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).Expertise developing Workday Reports (e.g., Advanced, Matrix), Workday Dashboards, and developing and managing calculated fields -OR-Experience in working with Business Leaders to design and develop business facing data stories, dashboard solutions, or Experience with leading team members to achieve business objectives using strong leadership philosophies and understanding of team dynamics
