DevelopSoftwareMaintain and writecode for complex systems that address project specifications andguidelines.Write programs that span multipleplatforms.Offers occasional innovative ideasand products to the organization.Provideinput and drives adherence to programming or developmentstandards.Consult on environment setup andlead project level design including data storage middle tier andfrontend.Coordinate with others onarchitectural standards.Consult onintegration issues and determine the best integrationapproach.Accountable for architecturalintegrity and technicaldebt.MaintainSoftwareReviews the code ofother Software Engineers and identifies alternative developmentapproaches for the team.Analyze existingprograms and modify the application code to create enhancement ordevelop new programs.Identify systemrequirements and recommend issues and alternatives for change.
