1.Customer SupportResponsibilities:

  • HandleCustomer Inquiries: Provide timely andaccurate responses to customer queries via phone email and livechat.

  • IssueResolution: Resolve customer issues andtroubleshoot problems efficiently ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction.

  • FeedbackCollection: Gather and document customerfeedback to improve service andproducts.

  • TechnicalAssistance: Guide customers throughtechnical issues related to the companys products andservices.

  • SupportDocumentation: Create and update FAQsguides and other selfhelp materials forcustomers.

  • Escalation:Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams whennecessary.

2.Digital MarketingResponsibilities:

  • SocialMedia Engagement: Monitor and respond tocustomer comments and queries on social media platforms to maintaina positive onlinepresence.

  • CampaignSupport: Assist the marketing team inmanaging email campaigns social media posts and promotionalcontent.

  • ContentCreation: Collaborate with the marketingteam to produce customerfocused content such as blogs case studiesandnewsletters.

  • SEOSupport: Work with the digital marketingteam to ensure that all customer interactions and content followSEO bestpractices.

  • AnalyticsMonitoring: Track and analyze key metrics(e.g. customer behavior digital marketing performance) to improvesupport and marketingefforts.

  • FeedbackIntegration: Use customer feedback toinform marketing strategies and campaignimprovements.

3.CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

  • SalesTeam Support: Collaborate with the salesteam to identify potential upselling or crosssellingopportunities.

  • Coordinationwith Marketing: Provide insights fromcustomer interactions to help improve digital marketing campaignsandstrategies.

  • ProductTeam Feedback: Share customer feedbackwith the product development team for continuous productimprovement.
