Responsibilities:

1.OfficeManagement:

Ensure smooth daytodayoperations of the office.

Handle front deskactivities including managing phone calls and

visitors.

Maintain a tidy andorganized workspace.

2.TravelCoordination:

Assist in making travelarrangements for employees.

Manage travelitineraries and accommodations.

3.VendorManagement:

Coordinate with vendorsfor office supplies and services.

Ensure timely paymentsand maintain vendor relationships.

4.EventCoordination:

Assist in organizingcompany events meetings and conferences.

Coordinate logisticsfor various office activities.

5.Documentation andFiling:

Maintain and organizeimportant documents and files.

Assist in recordkeepingand documentation.

6.Communication:

Handle internal andexternal communications.

Draft and send emailsand memos on behalf of the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as anAdministrative Executive or similar role.

Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal andwritten communication skills.

Proficiency in MSOffice (Word Excel Outlook).

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.

Educationand Experience:

Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration or relevant field.

13 years of experiencein administrative roles.

WorkEnvironment:

Work from the officesetting.

AnnualCTC: 3.0 4.5 LPA(Based on experience and skills)
