3. JOB OBJECTIVE

The organization is looking for a Senior Associate with aminimum of 4 years of experience to join its Investor Relationsteam in Ahmedabad. The Senior Associate's primaryresponsibilities will include developing the investor franchise forthe firm's funds and portfolio strategies.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop a strong investor franchise for theorganization's funds and portfolio strategies.
  • Create and maintain a database of a wide range ofinvestors (Corporate Treasuries NBFCs Family Offices and PrivateWealth Distributors).
  • Arrange meetings withpotential investors and make presentations/pitches for thefirm’s funds and portfolio strategies.
  • Conduct regular followup calls and meetings with currentand potential investors.
  • Build deeprelationships with investors and develop a strong investorfranchise.
  • Understand investorrequirements/market feedback and communicate to the Product teamfor new product development.
  • Develop athorough understanding of the products including regulations taxand documentation.
  • Manage endtoend transactionclosures.
  • Provide postinvestment support toinvestors.
  • Develop a sound understanding ofthe sectors and entities the firm represents through field visitsand interactions with internal teams.
  • Be atthe forefront of gauging investor appetite for new assetclasses/products.
  • Network within theindustry.
  • Represent the organization atconferences and seminars.
  • Create visibilityfor the organization across investors.
  • Strongsales experience and networking skills.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to own the role and develophighquality coverage.
  • Excellent oral andwritten communication skills.
  • Stronganalytical skills with a good understanding of structuredproducts.
  • Proficiency in MS Officetools.
  • Interest in financial inclusion and theopportunities this space represents.
  • Abilityto stretch oneself work under pressure handle multiple assignmentssimultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strongnegotiation skills with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Strong work ethic positive attitude selfmotivated andcapable of working individually and as part of a team.

MinimumQualifications:
