What can you expect
The successfulapplicant will be expected to take full ownership of all ManualTesting deliverables follow all test practise guidelines andcontribute to the existing test pack by execution and scripting.
Candidate will have to take full knowledge of theapplication productive in executing manual test packs for sprintand regression for releases follow current test practice.

We will count on you to:
6 yearsexperience in the IT industry Demonstrable experience of working onsuccessful manual test programs on enterprise scale applications orprojects
Estimate the work allocated on test activitiesand Create modify and maintain TC for functional and regressiontest suites
Participate in design discussions for newfunctionalities & Coordinate with stakeholders as and whenneeded to understand requirements
Investigate technicalproblems and needs identify their source and determine possiblesolutions.
Communicate effectively with team members andall the stakeholders of the project
Good reportingskills to concerned stakeholders
Work with test manager/test leads to improve ROI of overall functional test
Tomanage and work in Agile delivery model
Compliance toCMMi level 5 in test delivery
Closely working withProject Managers Business Analysts Testers and Development teammembers on requirements clarifications issues to sort out thebottlenecks in quality deliverables on time
Helping inpreparing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support forUAT execution.
Prepare and provide the Test Reports atthe end of Release Cycle.
Act as a subject matter expertin the functionality assigned for the project
Maintainssecurity integrity and business continuity controls and documents
Responsibility on Quality of the products includingPerformance and Security
Builds knowledge on emergingtools techniques and technologies.

What youneed to have:
Exposure to test services betweenintegrated systems
Good understanding of manual testprocess and defect management
Good understanding ofagile life cycle (end to end)
Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics Sales Marketing and Service module and testingapplication build on Microsoft Dynamics.
Good experiencein SQL and knowledge of data testing

Demonstrates the ability to analysea problem.
Able to methodically produce the steps whichexhibit bugs in the application and be able to reproduce andcommunicate these steps effectively
Shows initiative ingaining theoretical and practical knowledge in software testing
Excellent Writing and Communication skills
Strong relationship building and customer focus
Abilityto engage in multiple initiatives / implementations simultaneously.
Experience in NON Functional testing is desirable.
Nice to have Performance and Security testing experience
