Endpoint Security Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of endpoint security solutions to protect against malware, ransomware, and other cyber threats. Monitor and analyze security events and incidents on endpoints to identify potential vulnerabilities and security breaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint security measures are integrated into systems and processes. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management activities to mitigate security risks. Assist in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents on endpoints. Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and trends in endpoint security.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and concepts. Familiarity with endpoint security technologies, such as antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions, and endpoint protection platforms (EPP). Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and common attack vectors. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
