Responsibilities:

  • Implementand configure Oracle RMCS solutions to meet clientrequirements.
  • Collaboratewith clients to understand their revenue management and billingprocesses and design solutionsaccordingly.
  • CustomizeOracle RMCS applications to address specific business needs andrequirements.
  • Developand execute test plans to ensure the functionality and quality ofOracle RMCSsolutions.
  • Providetraining and support to endusers on Oracle RMCS functionalities andbestpractices.
  • Troubleshootand resolve any issues or challenges encountered duringimplementation or postimplementationphases.
  • Stayupdated on the latest Oracle RMCS features updates and industrytrends to provide recommendations for continuousimprovement.
  • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including developers businessanalysts and project managers to ensure successful projectdelivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • 38years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle RMCSsolutions.
  • Solidunderstanding of revenue management and billingprocesses.
  • Proficiencyin Oracle RMCS modules andfunctionalities.
  • Experiencein customizing and extending Oracle RMCS applications usingconfigurations andextensions.
  • Abilityto gather and analyze business requirements and translate them intotechnicalsolutions.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail.
  • Abilityto work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
Preferredqualifications:

  • OracleRMCScertification.
  • Experiencewith Oracle Revenue Management Cloud or other related Oracleapplications.
  • Knowledgeof revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 or IFRS15.
