PrincipalAccountabilities:
  • With overall design authority on a project provide expertknowledge on the development of technical solutions.
  • Ensure the technical architecture and technologies meetrequirements.
  • Participate in the documentationand best practice governance for all code deliveries.
  • Participate and lead in meetings with stakeholders andthe project team.
  • Ensure adherence toapplicable standards (corporate industry national andinternational).
  • Provide technical leadershipand mentoring to the project team.
  • Activelyparticipate in handson design development and testing onprojects.
  • Take responsibility for the qualityof the technical deliverables of the project.
  • Coordinate design activities promoting discipline toensure consistency across the project.

EssentialCompetencies:

  • Musthave a minimum of 7 years of relevant Salesforce technicalexperience including integrations and managing technicalresources.
  • Fluent in spoken English and ableto take part in meetings and discussions.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development lifecyclestools and methods to support seamless deployments including refreshcycles and overall environment management.
  • Proactive personality and able to workautonomously.
  • Exceptional oral and writtencommunication skills.
  • Good teamplayer.
  • Ability to work at detailed andabstract levels.
  • Ability to directly linemanage a team of engineers and work with thirdparty vendors asrequired.
  • Keen interest in researching updatesfrom Salesforce and keeping on top of new featurereleases.
  • Track record of deliveringcommitments on time and quality.
