Job Title: AssistantManager (Accounts) Indian Entity

JobDescription:

We are seeking aexperienced Assistant Accounts Manager with a strong background inTaxation Banking Financial reporting costing analysis statutorycompliance and forex risk. The ideal candidate will have a minimumof 3 years of working experience in Taxation & Banking mainly.Experience in agri commodities and audits is consideredadvantageous.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Taxation
    • Knowledge of GST compliances handled GST refund & GSTassessments.
    • Handled Transfer Pricing &Income Tax Assessments.
    • Sound awareness of TDS& TCS.

  1. Banking and FinancingExperience:
    • Utilize expertise inbanking to optimize capital management.
    • Goodliasoning with bankers for Trade Financing and other relatedarrangement.
    • Manage relationships withfinancial institutions.

  1. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed financial reports withannexures.
    • Provide regular financial analysisand insights to senior management.
    • Comply andsupport group reporting

  1. Costing Analysis:
    • Conduct budget vs. actual analysis.
    • Monitor variance and provide recommendations for costoptimization.

  1. Inventory andDebtors Control:
    • Implement andmaintain effective control systems for inventory and debtors alsopayables.

  1. Budgeting and FundPlanning:
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop and monitor budgets forprocurement.
    • Ensure effective fund planningand control over payments.

  1. Statutory Compliance:
    • Manage and ensure compliance with local auditrequirements.
    • Oversee the preparation of localaudited accounts.

  1. External &Internal Audits:
    • Coordinate andfacilitate external and internal audit processes.
    • Implement audit recommendations andimprovements.

  1. ForexRisk
    • Monitor and analyze currencyexchange rates and their impact on financials.

  1. Staff Training & Development:
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to thefinance team.
    • Identify training needs anddevelop training programs.

Qualifications:

  • CA CWA ACCA or equivalent Degreeholder.
