We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Source-to-Pay I to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Pune, MH on a Hybrid mode.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Responsible for ensuring all KPIs in Source to Pay operations are green. Issues if any are clearly highlighted to Management and a path to green is developed and monitored.
  • Provide oversight to all activities within Sourcing operations and ensure controls documented are operating effectively. 
  • Independently contribute to process improvement opportunities and support Team in the implementation of opportunities identified.
  • Support in decision making/process changes through data/analysis. 
  • Responsible for signing off e2e SLAs/KPIs and publishing the same to Senior Management.
  • Resolve escalations in a timely manner to provide best customer service to end users. 
  • Create goals and development plan for the team and work closely to identify training and coaching requirements for the group.
  • Conduct performance reviews for the Team and provide timely feedback for improvement. 
  • Ensure preparedness for both internal and external Audit.
  • Manage different stakeholders across the Bank.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Any supply chain management certification is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:

  • 9-12 years of total work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle/Ivalua module and end to end source to pay operations including process transformation initiatives
  • Must have prior People Management experience. 
  • Good understanding of control framework and how it impacts operations.
  • Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
