Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Zolo. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in key account management or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team
