Credit and Lending Org at Amazon Pay serves millions of happy customers through its credit programs. Amazon Pay Later is one of top BNPL programs in India, and team is now building Personal Loans offering.
We are looking for a focused and data-driven Sr. Product Marketing Manager to support the growth and scale of our Credit and Lending programs. This leader has to define and drive strategy for customer awareness, adoption, and retention to credit programs. This leader will have to partner with credit use cases (both on and off-Amazon) and lead go-to-market strategy execution with the help of dedicated marketing team. The leader will focus on tighter customer segmentation, smart messaging and develop best in class CX to enhance the value proposition to the customer. S/he will help build integrated flows to seamlessly acquire and drive usage of credit and lending products while improving inventory utilization and minimizing customer stress.

Key job responsibilities
•Prepare the go-to-market strategies for awareness, adoption and retention of credit and lending products for Personal Loans and Amazon Pay Later.
•Analyze data to identify tight customer cohorts for key business objectives, drive customer backwards messaging and execute the same efficiently
•Challenge status quo. Put customer as the center of all messaging and improve quality of customer facing messaging to improve the efficiency of key assets
•Use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize marketing tactics based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to communicate top product benefits to customers to drive acquisition and monthly active users
•Design cross selling framework for relevant offerings to engaged customers and improve monetization for Amazon Pay
•Partner with senior leaders, cross-functional marketing teams, and various business partners to drive strategic objectives for Amazon Pay

About the team
Credit and Lending team at Amazon Pay focuses on solving credit and affordability needs of the Indian customers for payments and otherwise. We focus on building the seamless customer experiences powered via credit while ensuring high reliability and customer trust.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
