Responsibilities:
Stakeholders Management, able to create deep partnership with Internal teams
Understand the market, competition and gauge market trends
Adapt to changing environment quickly, devise growth tracks, can work in multi-functional teams
Identify opportunities, able to assess their impact & influence for execution
Be engrained with planning, governance, financial control, budgeting, commercial negotiations and performance review aspects of the business
Creating the Annual Operating Plan for the business functions and refresh the outlook for the year every quarter by working with products, business, marketing and growth teams
Creating and reviewing weekly and monthly business review decks and presenting the findings, challenges, action items in the broader forum of business leaders
Work with the business teams for offers and marketing campaigns planning from a financial
RoI stand points
Work with the business and procurement teams for commercial closure and revisions for cost optimisation
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to business finance and business teams while recommending further courses of action
Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, growth results and the business actual performance compared to the business plans
Manage planning, budgeting, MEC reviews and commercial closures for various business expenses
Requirements:
Experience: 5-7 Years
CA or MBA from premier institute
Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst (not mandatory), business finance manager, corporate finance
Extensive understanding of insurance industry, financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong data analysis skills
