PositionOverview:

Asa Team Manager at Crescendo Global you will be responsible forleading a team of recruitment consultants associates and analyst toachieve their targets and deliver exceptional results. Reporting tothe Director you will play a pivotal role in driving teamperformance fostering a positive work culture and contributing tothe growth and success of theorganization.


KeyResponsibilities:


1.BusinessDevelopment:

Develop andexecute business development strategies to acquire new clients andexpand marketpresence.

Identify andpursue business opportunities aligned with Crescendo Globalsservice offerings and targetindustries.


2.Client RelationshipManagement:

Build andmaintain strong relationships with key clients understanding theirhiring needs challenges and businessobjectives.

Serve as atrusted advisor to clients providing insights solutions andstrategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforceplanning.


3.RevenueGeneration:

Drive revenuegrowth by meeting and exceeding sales targets negotiating contractsand maximizing clientengagement.

Develop andimplement pricing strategies proposals and valueadded services toenhance client satisfaction andretention.


4.Team Leadership andManagement:

Lead motivateand coach a team of recruitment consultants Associates and Analyststo achieve individual and teamtargets.

Provide ongoingtraining mentorship and performance feedback to supportprofessional development andsuccess.

Setclear performance expectations and goals for team members andprovide ongoing feedback and coaching to support their professionaldevelopment.



5.Market Research andAnalysis:

Stayupdated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologiesin talent acquisition andrecruitment.

Conductmarket research and analysis to identify potential clients industrysectors and growthopportunities.

Implementprocess improvements and innovative solutions to enhance teamperformance and servicedelivery.


6.Strategic Planning and:

Collaborate withsenior management to develop and execute strategic plans andinitiatives to drive business growth andprofitability.

Monitorperformance metrics analyze results and adjust strategies as neededto achieveobjectives.


7.Client ServiceExcellence:

Ensurehighquality service delivery and client satisfaction by maintaininga deep understanding of client needs andexpectations.

Resolve clientconcerns issues and escalations in a timely and effectivemanner.


8.CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

Collaborate withinternal teams including recruitment marketing and operations toalign business objectives and deliver integratedsolutions.

Foster a cultureof collaboration innovation and continuous improvement across theorganization.



Requirements

Qualifications:


Weare open to consider candidates with diverse experiences andbackground; however the candidate must fulfil the belowcriteria:


Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.

10to 15 years of experience in recruitment with minimum 7 years ofdemonstrated success in team leadership and managementroles.

Proventrack record of achieving recruitment targets and driving teamperformance.

Strongleadership coaching and interpersonalskills.

Excellentcommunication and relationshipbuildingabilities.

Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced resultsdrivenenvironment.



Qualifications: We are open to consider candidates with diverseexperiences and background; however, the candidate must fulfil thebelow criteria: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience inrecruitment, with minimum 7 years of demonstrated success in teamleadership and management roles. Proven track record of achievingrecruitment targets and driving team performance. Strongleadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellentcommunication and relationship-building abilities. Ability tothrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
