POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION:

Responsible for formulating customer centric businessstrategies to ensure strategic utilization and deployment ofresources to achieve organizational objectives.
Chartout sales & marketing strategies for the respective territorycontributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth toachieve profitability.
Demonstrate excellence byimplementing sales & marketing operation initiatives thatcreates positive experience for clients.
Identifying andmeeting with key influencers fabricators architects contractors andbuilders to present them with solutions.
Secure highvalue accounts through consultative selling.
Developrelationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuouslyproposing solutions that meet the objectives of theparty.
Actively involve in event marketing sales andbrand promotion.
Sales forecasting and KRA developmentfor daily monthly and yearly sales targetaccomplishment.
Develop and sustain positive workenvironment that fosters team performance with excellentcommunication negotiation analytical and relationship managementskills.

Cross FunctionalCollaboration: Collaboration with various internal teams
Client Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure utmost satisfaction andretention of clients
Sales: Meet or exceed sales targetsby delivering value and aligning offerings

GENERAL CONTEXT:

Provenexperience as Key Accounts Manager or experience in ProjectSales
Knowledge on client requirements product offerings& market segments
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships withprofessionals of all organizational levels
Ability inproblemsolving and negotiation

ACTIVITIES AND ENDPURPOSES:

Developand maintain strong relationships with key clients understandingtheir business objectives and aligning them with oursolutions
Act as a customer advocate within theorganization ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon tocontinuously enhance service
Address any concerns orconflicts raised by key clients promptly and professionallystriving to reach winwin resolutions
Stay abreast ofindustry trends competitors and market dynamics providing clientswith valuable insights and positioning them for success
Collaborate with internal teams including product development andmarketing to deliver seamless service and solutions to keyaccounts

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

BE/BTech with MBA would bepreferred however individuals with good sales experience of 36years in Institutional /Project/Solution
