Your responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the below key job specifications:-

Preparation of the Statutory Financials for Reckitt Benckiser India Pvt. Ltd. Conducting and driving the Statutory, Internal and Group Audits Financial closing at each month end and reporting to Group (IFRS) Controls & Compliances ( in line with the Internal Controls framework) Segregation of Duties

Review of PTP and driving automation 

The experience we're looking for

Chartered Accountant 10 years of experience post qualification with organization of strong repute.  Proven working experience as Reporting Lead / Controls Lead Should have understanding of SAP Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. 

The skills for success

Strong analytical skills – able to analyse and evaluate business issues, resolving matters to achieve performance and economic objectives.  A self-starter with a high energy level; capable of directing numerous tasks under pressure with equanimity.  High energy level and curious mindset.  Strongly oriented to action and decision making.  Excellent interpersonal skill with proven ability to communicate with high level executives.  Working Knowledge of SAP.  Budget management Skills.  Strong Stakeholder management skills.
