  • Understanding client needs andproposing solutions or services.
  • Addressingclient inquiries and resolving any issues orconcerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams toensure client satisfaction.
  • Managing clientportfolios and identifying opportunities to upsell orcrosssell.
  • Preparing and delivering regularreports and updates to clients.
  • Developing andimplementing strategies to retain and grow the clientbase.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitoractivities.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of newclients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all clientagreements and contracts.
  • Participating inclient meetings and presentations.
  • Handling anyescalated client issues orcomplaints.
  • Contributing to the development ofclient retention plans.
  • Providing feedback tothe organization based on clientinteractions.
  • Collaborating with the sales teamto identify new businessopportunities.
