Job Description: As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs. Your primary objective will be to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals. You will also be responsible for assessing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Tools and job boards are not provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain candidate records and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 4+ Years of experience required in end to end recruitment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
