The Opportunity

At Worldline, our technology addresses the persistent challenges of the payment world. We design and operate leading digital payment and transactional solutions that enable sustainable economic growth and reinforce trust and security in our societies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Performing defined back-offices payment processing activities and related services such as functional application management and monitoringEnsuring the timely, correct and complete processing of mass payments. This also includes working in shifts within a time window from 07:00 to 18:00, as well as outside this time window in an emergency and on-call-dutyMonitoring of automated transactions with manual corrective measures if necessary, e.g. as a result of system failures and / or malfunctionsManual interventions in payment systems, resulting out of monitoring activities or order by internal parties or the client itselfBooking and release in the various payment systemsContacting and aligning with third partiesReporting on the activities carried out
