Job Overview


We are seeking a Back Office Support Executive to join our team at Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited. As a Back Office Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position based in Latur, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good typing speed.
  • Prior experience in back-office support is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist in day-to-day back-office operations, such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain records and databases.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
