**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Latur and Beed. As a key member of our senior management team, you will oversee school management operations and ensure effective administrative support within our educational environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient school functioning in line with organizational standards and policies.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of school facilities to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements for all school-related activities and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation as required by the school administration and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely supply and quality service standards are met.
- Support the implementation and management of school management information systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments, staff, students, and parents ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational regulations and standards, preparing necessary reports and documentation for auditing purposes.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in facilities management, ensuring the maintenance and functionality of educational institution facilities.
- Expertise in vendor management, establishing solid partnerships ensuring cost-effective and quality supply chain operations.
- Experience in transportation management, coordinating logistics and transport for school activities ensuring safety and punctuality.
- Proficiency in documentation skills, managing and organizing important records accurately and systematically.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interaction and collaboration with staff, students, and stakeholders.
- Experience in management information systems (MIS) to enhance reporting, data management, and operational workflow efficiencies.
- Proven skills in school management to ensure smooth institution operations, upholding the school's mission and vision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic educational environment ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
**What We Offer**
A competitive salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
