JOB PURPOSE

Preparing MIS reports and performing data analysis on various business requirements in sales. Provide various sales support activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Providing reports on a time-bound basis as defined and documented.
  2. Co-ordinate with branch sales teams and support them to achieve their targets in sales & collection.
  3. Generate different analytical reports such as product wise sales, area wise sales, quantity analysis, sales and estimated closing, primary and secondary data analyses, PJP and DSO tracking analysis.
  4. Collating & preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly reports of sales, debts, network and stocks.
  5. Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
  6. Maintain all documents related to distributor appointments like distributor assessments, agreements etc. in audit repository.
  7. Distributor norms management - maintain system hygiene by removing phased out SKUs and change over SKUs.
  8. To engage in new product norms management and ensure it is done as per agreed SLA.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation (any)

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 5-6 years relevant MIS or data analysis experience
  • Preferred exposure in FMCG/FMCD industry
