Duties and responsibilities
● Manage all aspects of Exito’s triggered and transactional email program: including but not limited to Flagship Events & Customized Events.
● Develop, manage, and create a strong testing strategy for continuous improvement of all triggered campaigns.
● Develop, manage, and create re-engagement series for optimum conversion of unengaged subscribers.
● Collaborate with copy and design teams on creative execution of offers.
● Responsible for analyzing email metrics to improve conversion and plan future strategies.
● Manage and execute the testing process through our email service provider.
● Responsible for being current on all direct marketing and email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance and applying that to direct marketing efforts.
● Develop, manage and create drip campaigns for emailers.
● Responsible for managing lists and accounts in CRM.

RequirementsRequirements and qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 2-3 years of Email Marketing experience preferred.
3. Demonstrated analytical analysis of results and strategic planning.
4. Experience working with an email service provider platform required.
5. Must be detail-oriented.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, creative individual.
7. Expert written and verbal communication skills.
8. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to shift gears in a fast-paced environment are a must.

Job Type: Full time & On-site (5 day work week)

Job Location: Mangalore/Bangalore
