Job Responsibilities


  • Design and implement SAP sales and distribution solutions ensuring they meet business requirements. Lead the integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD functionalities.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Manage SAP SD enhancements/projects including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions to users and stakeholders.
  • Provide Functional Guidance for 3rd Party Integrations that will require SD Data or Function Modules
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or master's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field with Overall 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Experience: 15 years of professional level experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Proven experience as an SAP SD Solution Architect in multiple full lifecycle implementations Expert level knowledge in pricing, sales taxes, invoicing, intercompany billing, dropship scenarios, shipping, resource related billing etc. Proven experience as an SAP SD Solution Architect in multiple full lifecycle implementations)

Skills and Abilities: Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view. Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, FI, CO). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Solid experience in customizing, configuring, and testing SAP SD modules. Experience with S/4HANA environment is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
