Our facilities are equipped with a range of drug development and manufacturing capabilities across dosage forms.

Position Title: Senior Executive – Sales Application Expert

Type: Full time

Location: Thane, Maharashtra.

Workplace type: Onsite


Position Overview:

The candidate (SAP SD expert) based out in HQ(Thane) to support USA and Canada operations to ensure that our SAP SD operations runs smoothly without hassles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • SAP application support: Provide expert support for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), Bid tracker and US warehouse application issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and logistics.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users with effective use of the applications used by US and Canada team.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the SAP SD configuration, including testing and documentation, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Project Participation: Actively participate in SAP-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Compliance and Validation: Ensure all SAP processes comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly those specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
  • 24/7 Support: Be available for on-call support during US business hours to address critical issues and ensure business continuity.


Qualification:

  • The candidate should have 5-8 years in SAP SD module with Idoc, Chargeback
  • Should be Graduate in any stream
  • Good knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP FI module.
  • Good communication skills, go getter attitude and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • The keenness to learn new skills, application and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
