What we want:
The candidate will be responsiblefor developing and managing affiliate and publisher relationships to drive bothperformance and brand awareness for our clients. This role requires a strategicthinker with extensive experience in affiliate marketing, a strong network ofaffiliate partners, and the ability to manage and optimize bothperformance-based and brand awareness campaigns, including leveragingOver-the-Top (OTT), Quick commerce, Food delivery platforms among others.

What you will do:
Affiliate Network Management
•Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key affiliate and publisher partners to ensure long-termgrowth and success
•Identify and recruit newaffiliate partners to expand the affiliate network and diversify revenuestreams
•Negotiate and manage contractsand commission structures to ensure competitive and profitable partnerships
•Monitor and analyze affiliateperformance to ensure campaigns meet performance and brand awareness goals
•Understanding and ability tocurate Intellectual Properties (IPs) in collaborations with affiliate andpublisher partners
Client Relations
•Act as the main point of contactfor clients regarding affiliate marketing activities.
•Develop and deliver presentationsand proposals to clients, showcasing the value and impact of affiliatemarketing strategies.
•Work closely with clients tounderstand their business goals and tailor affiliate marketing strategies tomeet their needs.
Campaign Management
•Oversee the setup, tracking, andoptimization of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and brand visibility.
•Utilize data-driven insights tooptimize campaigns and improve campaign’s success metrics
•Provide regular performancereports and analysis to clients and internal stakeholders.•Ensure compliance with industry regulations andbest practices in all affiliate activities

Requirements

•Strong negotiation andrelationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships withaffiliates and publishers
•Excellent analytical skills tointerpret data and make informed decisions.
•Effective communication andpresentation skills to articulate strategies and results to clients andstakeholders
•Project management skills tooversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
•Problem-solving abilities toaddress and resolve issues in a timely manner
•Self-motivated and proactive withthe ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong organizational skills withattention to detail
•Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment and manage multiple priorities
•Creative thinker with a passionfor innovation in affiliate marketing
