Job Description

Position Overview : Operation Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness facilities, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for wellness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Education:-  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Health Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the spa, wellness, or hospitality industries.

Skills:-

  - Strong leadership and team management skills.

  - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  - Proficient in operational analysis and performance metrics.

  - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  - Knowledge of spa industry regulations and operational standards.

 

Operational Efficiency :-

·        Maintain Optimal staff to client ratio, Oversee the daily operations of wellness centres, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

·        Implement & monitor SOP’s for all operational processes.

Team Leadership and Development :-

·        Build and lead high performing team, mentor, and develop the operations team, including wellness practitioners, administrative staff, and support personnel.

·        Develop a culture of continuous improvement

Client Experience and Satisfaction :-

·        Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

·        Increase client retention and repeat visit rates.

 

Financial Management :-

·        Ensure Financial Health and profitability of the wellness centre.

·        Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.

·        Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.

Inventory and Vendor Management :-

·        Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of high-quality products.

·        Implement effective inventory tracking and management systems.

Marketing and Community Engagement :-

·        Build relationships with local businesses, health professionals, and community organizations to promote wellness initiatives and partnerships.

·        Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational goals are met and identify areas for improvement.

Service & Program Development :-

·        Collaborate with wellness professionals to develop and implement new programs and services that align with client needs and industry trends.

·         Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.

 Compliance and Safety:-

·        Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

·        Achieve Zero safety incidents.
