Parexel is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Operations Leader team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals and ensure successful performance and delivery of project deliverables
  • Resource client projects with suitably developed professionals and retain and develop these professionals within Parexel
  • Participate in project bids and client presentations as appropriate
  • Provide clinical consultation to project teams as needed

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in the Clinical Operations Leader (CTM/CPM) role directly
  • Education: degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical experience
