Function description: Programmer Analyst II

About the Team:

The FIS  team is made up of 50+ people. There is also a support team based in Manila who take care of patching, certificates, level 1 on call, user management as well as more complex system administration tasks.

What You Will Be Doing  

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications.
  • Implement and optimize OCR solutions to extract and process data from various document formats.
  • Design and integrate IVR systems to improve customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What will you Bring

  • Proven experience as a Python Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of OCR technologies and tools (e.g., Tesseract, OpenCV).
  • Experience with IVR systems and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Proficient in using Lama model & experience in implementing prompt-based search and data extraction techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Certification in AI or machine learning.

Educational Qualification: •       B.E., B.tech
