Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex web and SaaS applications and system issues.

Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to company.

Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.

Plan, execute books and implement applications and configuration change procedures to ensure optimal Quality assurance for all applications.

Develop, sustain, and evaluate delegated business processes and related applications.

Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.

Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering and customer support departments.

Install and prepare tools required for proper functioning of website front line applications on regular basis.

Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain, and availability of applications.

Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions.

Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.

Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.

Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.

Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.

Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.

Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.

Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.

Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other teams.

Qualifications & Experience

A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.

Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.

Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as Java, ReactJS or related technologies.

Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.

Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients.

Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.

Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.

Exceptional communication skills.

Ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills and a penchant for tackling complex problems and designs of scale.

Able to expertly express the benefits and constraints of technology solutions to technology partners, business partners, and team members
