Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist to lead the development, maintenance, and execution of our BI & Analytics strategy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in automating the deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and management of Power BI reports and datasets. This role requires a deep understanding of data mart solutions, both RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights through data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Automate the deployment, scheduling, and management of Power BI reports and datasets. Design and develop comprehensive BI solutions with over 6 years of experience in the field. Develop and deliver data mart solutions, including both relational databases and NoSQL databases. Understand and interpret business requirements within the BI context to design effective data models. Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), aligning them with business objectives. Create insightful dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI. Work with Big Data technologies such as Hive, Delta, and Azure Synapse to manage large datasets. Develop tabular and multidimensional data models and establish relationships between data to ensure coherence and accuracy. Exhibit strong data wrangling skills to handle complex data transformations. Handle operational data and real-time data streams efficiently. Leverage previous experience in the banking/finance domain to understand and address industry-specific analytics needs. Understand Power BI licensing options to deliver enterprise-level BI solutions.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in BI solution design and development. Proven experience with Power BI report and dataset management automation. Strong knowledge in data mart solutions and database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL). Proficiency in designing data models and identifying KPIs. Advanced skills in creating dashboards and visual reports with Power BI. Experience working with big data technologies and real-time data streams. Previous experience in the banking or finance domain is highly desirable. Familiarity with Power BI licensing and enterprise BI solution deployment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
