About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and analytical Power BI Developer to join our growing team.

This role offers the flexibility to be either full-time or contract-based (depending on your needs).

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights through the creation of compelling reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop insightful Power BI reports and dashboards using a data-driven approach.

- Translate complex data into clear and concise visualizations for effective communication.

- Build robust and efficient data models to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

- Construct and optimize DAX queries to manipulate and analyze data within Power BI Desktop.

- Connect to various data sources, import, clean, and transform data for business intelligence purposes.

- Implement row-level security to govern data access and maintain information security.

- Utilize advanced calculations to extract meaningful insights from datasets.

- Document design methodologies and project details for future reference.

- Develop tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards.

- Quickly transform data into reports and analytics solutions to meet business needs.

- (Optional) Experience with SSIS and T-SQL for creating and optimizing complex data queries.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Support ad-hoc project initiatives and provide data analysis expertise.

- Assist in maintaining large databases and ensure timely development and support.

Required Skills :

Primary Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Power BI report design and development.

- Expertise in Advanced SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.

Secondary Skills :

- Proficiency in Excel formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.
