Key tasks
Policy Understanding: -Understanding of Education landscape of Schools and policies running in the space (NEP 2020 & NCF 2023, CBSE, ICSE and other boards Solution Selling: - Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including trends, challenges, and buying processes in schools. Product Knowledge: -Knowledge of Computer Domains as per ICT and subjects like Artificial Intelligence, Digital Citizenship, Coding, Data Science, Design Thinking and evolving Emerging Technology trends. Customer Engagement: - Develop and maintain relationship with management; academicians and school subject matter expert to help implement pedagogy for the complete integrated solution. Internal Team Support: - Align team towards the product basis joint visits and through continuous product trainings. Training & Support: -Promote the integration of technology into the curriculum and instructional practices, providing guidance and support to teachers in incorporating technology-enhanced learning experiences into their lessons. Product Feedback: - Collect feedback from the schools and team and help communicate to the head office team for continuous product improvement. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data on platform usage and effectiveness, and impact on teaching and learning outcomes, and sharing using insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Take initiative to engage with school leaders to understand users’ experience of the learning resources developed by the organisation. Industry Relations: - Develop parallel relationships with professionals in this field in academic and IT field professionals, industry leaders for engagement on the practical skill development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions to non-technical audiences. Compliance: - Compliance with company policies while representing company in the job space.Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferable in IT/Computer Science (BCA), PG desirable. 5-10 Years Experience Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and editing tools must prerequisite for this profile. Open to learning in the evolving subject as representative. An eye for detail and analytical mind. Positions based in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore (Chennai),Noida.Interpersonal Skills:
