KeyResponsibilities

Create arepository and hierarchy of the Contracts in Contract Life CycleManagement (CLM) tool by clearly identifying parentchildlinkage.

Analysis ofcommercial contracts such as Master Agreements Service AgreementsNDAsetc.

Assessment ofkey clauses such as Governing Law Jurisdiction Assignment Change ofcontrol Indemnification Limitation of liability Intellectualproperty Rights etc. essential for commercialcontracts.

Perform manualand autoextraction of contract data through AI (ArtificialIntelligence) and Data visualisation tools resulting in contractmanagement andinterpretation.

Ensure the datain the CLM is uptodate continuous and set parameters to therepository.


ProfessionalExperience

Good experiencein Contract Lifecycle Management Contract Abstraction ContractNegotiation & ContractSummarization.

2years in managing CLM tools like Conga Sirion Labs Icertis IroncladUnitedlex .

Experience in AIvalidation Clause Categorization Contract Interpretation labellingof legal information for supervised machine learning and RiskReview.

Ability topresent contract data in a clear and concise format.

Ability tochallenge the status quo and deliver effectively with what canoften be ambiguous requirements.

Good Englishlanguage proficiency. Multi lingual candidates who have proficiencyin any foreign language (in addition to English) will get apreference


Education:


Degree in Science / BusinessManagement/ Engineering/law orequivalent.


PrimaryLocation: India (Noidapreferred)




Skill Required: 3+ years of Experience with education in B.Tech/B.Eor M.Tech/M.E(ECE) or any other relevant degree. Strong programmingexperience in C/C++ in embedded domain. Strong debugging andproblem-solving skills. Experience with common embeddedprotocols/interfaces like I2C, SPI, USART, buses, bridge chips,FPGAs, hardware queues/FIFOs, interrupts, DMA, Experience in multicore, multi thread, IPC, system programming, GDB, kernel/user spaceinterfaces in Linux OS Ability to work up and down the embeddedstack: boot loader, device drivers, kernel, user space. Experiencein using source control, bug tracking and other relevant tools.Well versed with software development process. Good to have abilityto read schematics, understand device datasheets use lab tools like- JTAG, oscilloscopes, power sources, multi-meters, etc experiencein SDK/tool chain setup, make files, scripting
