Weare a fastgrowing renewable energy startup specializing in solarmanufacturing and EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction).As we continue to expand we seek a Senior Manager for HumanResources to lead the development and implementation of HRstrategies focusing on building a highperforming team. This role iscritical to structuring the organization s HR function ensuringalignment with business goals and fostering a productive workenvironment.
PositionOverview:
TheSenior Manager HR will oversee all HR operations includingrecruitment payroll compliance employee relations and retentionstrategies. This role requires a strategic leader who can partnerclosely with the CEO to drive HR initiatives ensuring that thecompany attracts develops and retains top talent. Experience inmanufacturing projectbased organizations or the renewable energysector will beadvantageous.
KeyResponsibilities
1.**Talent Acquisition &Recruitment:** Design andimplement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentparticularly in solar manufacturing and EPC projectroles. Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a seamless candidateexperience. Work closely with departmentheads to understand workforce needs and plan for future staffingrequirements.
2.**Employee Relations &Retention:** Develop andexecute employee engagement initiatives aimed at improvingretention and morale. Address employeegrievances foster a positive working environment and promote aculture of teamwork and collaboration. Leadefforts to build and maintain a highperformance culture that alignswith company values andobjectives.
3.**HR Compliance & Policies:** Ensure compliance with local and nationallabor laws including handling legal requirements related toemployment payroll and industrial relations.Review and update HR policies to reflect industry best practicesand organizationalgrowth.
4.**Compensation & PayrollManagement:** Overseepayroll processing ensuring timely and accurate disbursement ofsalaries and statutory payments. Develop andmanage compensation strategies including salary benchmarkingincentives and benefits administration to remaincompetitive.
5.**Performance Management:** Drive the performance appraisal processensuring that performance reviews are conducted effectively andthat employees receive actionable feedback.Collaborate with department heads to set clear performanceobjectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) foremployees.
6.**HR Strategy & Leadership:** Work closely with the CEO to developlongterm HR strategies aligned with businessgoals. Provide strategic guidance to seniorleadership on HR best practices workforce planning andorganizationaldevelopment.
7.**Workforce Planning &Development:** Anticipatefuture talent needs and develop strategies to build internalcapabilities through workforce planning and successionplanning. Design career paths and employeedevelopment programs that align with businessneeds.
**Qualifications&Skills:**
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelated field. A Master s degree (MBAHR) ispreferred. 6 years of HR experience ideallyin manufacturing EPC or renewable energysectors. Strong understanding of HRpractices labour laws and compliancerequirements. Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and influence at all levelsof the organization. Experience in talentacquisition employee engagement and performancemanagement. Ability to thrive in a fastpacedstartup environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
**Compensation:**The compensation package forcandidates with 6 years of experience is INR 6 Lacsper annum. Additional benefits and opportunities forgrowth will be offered based on performance and contribution to thecompanyssuccess.
