Job Summary:We’re looking for a mid-level Social Media Strategist to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engaging with the crypto community, and creating content that resonates with traders and investors. Your deep understanding of crypto trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing strategies will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • ●  Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, targeting both retail and institutional audiences.
  • ●  Content Creation & Management: Create and manage engaging, high-quality content (posts, videos, infographics) across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Telegram.
  • ●  Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with the crypto community, fostering positive interactions and responding to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • ●  Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve content performance and campaign results.
  • ●  Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech, integrating relevant trends into social media content and campaigns.
  • ●  Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • ●  Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice that resonates with our crypto-savvy audience, fostering trust and authority within the industry.
  • ●  Crisis Management: Develop and execute social media crisis communication strategies, handling any negative feedback or issues proactively and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience:- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industries.- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of social platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram, with a focus on crypto-related content.- Content Creation: Proven experience in creating engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance.- Crypto Knowledge: Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the key trends driving the industry.- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
- Creativity: A creative mindset to innovate and bring fresh ideas to life that stand out in the fast-paced crypto world.- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product development.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors in any discipline, Digital or SM certification would be helpful.
  • ●  Experience in managing large online communities or forums within the crypto industry.
  • ●  Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships within the crypto and fintech spaces.
