About The Role

This isn’t your usual social media gig—it’s a pioneering mission. As part of The Indian Garage Co. and Freehand teams, you’ll be crafting unique, trendsetting social media strategies from the ground up for our brands, which focus on fashion-forward men’s and women’s wear. You’ll collaborate with internal talent, influencers, and celebrities to create compelling content that resonates with our audience. Working closely with agencies and internal teams, you’ll be a key player in establishing a solid social media foundation, growing our following, and shaping the future of our brand identities.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize & Execute : Develop and implement social media strategies that align with each brand’s mission and business goals.
  • Content Creation & Scheduling : Lead the creation, scheduling, and publication of social media content for TIGC and Freehand.
  • Trend Spotting & Competitor Analysis : Stay on top of social media trends and competitive insights, using them to identify new opportunities.
  • Engage & Grow the Community : Foster meaningful interactions with our audiences, responding to comments and messages to build a genuine connection.
  • Influencer & Partner Collaborations : Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand partners who align with our values.
  • Campaign Development & Management : Coordinate boosting and follow ad campaigns for increased engagement, ensuring the content resonates with a diverse audience.
  • Reputation Management : Monitor and manage brand reputation through proactive comment and inbox management.

Pre-requisites

  • Experience : 1-2 years in managing and growing social media accounts with proven results, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, or women-centered brands.
  • Tool Proficiency : Skilled in using social media management tools like Buffer, Meta Suite, and Social Sprout.
  • Influencer Collaboration Experience : Hands-on experience creating and executing influencer partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills : Basic understanding of data analysis using tools like Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
  • Creativity & Trend Awareness : Ability to create on-brand content with a knack for the latest design and social media trends, particularly those that resonate with women.
