Roles&Responsibilities:

  • Responsiblefor executing the Sourcing deals which are within a certainthreshold limit.

  • Workingwith Sourcing Leads and Business in allocating the Sourcing Dealsonce approved by business

  • Responsiblefor key process activities across the sourcing team ensuringadherence to all control risk and governance processes and also forthe creation and management of reporting across the sourcingteam.

  • Developa thorough understanding of the Clients procurement structurepolicies and procedures and ensure Management Assurance resultswith high degree of compliance and all project documentation iskept current with a high degree ofaccuracy.

  • Partnerwith the business users catalogue management sourcing leads andcontract management to execute deals which are policy compliantwithin expected turnaroundtimes

  • Providesupport to ensure connectivity between the completion of deals andits execution in vendor sourcing tools Coupa Icertis and associatedsystems.

  • Workwith Procurement Spend and Performance Team to provide ongoingreporting and monitoring of deals executed by sourcing againsttarget analyze and identify opportunities for further improvementacross commodity categories business units andregions

  • Suggestprocess enhancement to improve the sourcing process via ContinuousImprovement.



Requirements


CompetenciesRequired:

  • Possessa Graduate or MBA / Post Graduate degree in anyfield.

  • Candidateshould have Sourcing background in NonTech Categories like HRMarketing CRES and Professional Services and an understanding ofthesecategories

  • RelevantYears of experience in Procurement & Strategic Sourcingwould bemandatory

  • StrongCustomer servicefocus.

  • Experiencein CAPex Commercial Negotiationsetc.

  • Effectiveskills in persuasion and influence as well as an ability to enthuseandinspire.

  • Excellentoral and written communicationskills.

  • Outstandingnegotiation and interpersonalskills.



Competencies Required: Possess a Graduate or MBA / Post Graduatedegree in any field. Candidate should have Sourcing background inNon-Tech Categories like HR, Marketing, CRES and ProfessionalServices and an understanding of these categories Relevant Years ofexperience in Procurement & Strategic Sourcing would bemandatory Strong Customer service focus. Experience in CAPex,Commercial Negotiations etc. Effective skills in persuasion andinfluence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire. Excellentoral and written communication skills. Outstanding negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
