Your new role – challenging andfuture-oriented

In your new role as “BU Controller” youwill be responsible for:

• In this position you'll prepare closeestimate templates, participate in monthly close review calls, performdeviation analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly close summaries.

• As a key requirement, you will design BRM/ OP CO / JF templates for forecasting, participate in OPCO forecast calls, andsupport forecast consolidation tasks in preparation for BU forecast reviewcalls.

• Responsible for efficient and detailedbudgeting and forecasting process. Challenging the stakeholders at every pointis the key.

• Cost controlling for various functionalcosts including but not limited to – SG&A, COGS, Order controlling, Peoplecost etc.

• Coordinating external/internal audits,ensuring risk and internal control processes adherence, transfer pricing auditsetc

• Managing and preparing key reporting on amonthly / quarterly basis

• Key SPOC for segment HQ to providedetailed analysis/MIS on forecast variance, overdue and other KPI's

• Prepare for periodic meetings / updateswith segment and BU management

• Ensuring a clean balance sheet withthorough review and cleanup

• Drive the digitalization initiatives /ideas leading to smarter reporting, process & productivity improvement.

• Leading special projects from time totime.

• Owner of SAP and other re-org relatedchanges

• Ensure compliance to all internal /external rules & regulations like ICFR, SFRG, Tax, ECC, hedging etc.

• You are a Bachelors’ in Commerce orBusiness Management with 6 to 8 years of experience OR CA/ICWA /MBA with 6+ years of experience

• You have good understanding of accountingtopics with exposure to Financial Planning, Budgeting etc.

• Strong experience in Finance &Controlling

• Good Analytical and Communication &Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.

• You are ready to explore newtools/horizons, innovate and act as a business enabler

• You possess positive attitude and nevergive up in the face of adversity

• Excellent MS Office (excel & powerpoint) skills

• Proficiency in Power BI &Tableau
