ResponsibilitiesandDuties:

  • Counselstudents for their courseenquiry
  • Counselstudents and concerned parents inperson and on thephone
  • Completedaily weekly and monthlytargets
  • Usethe CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales andReports
  • Willbe given additional responsibilities as seniorcounselors.


Requirements

  • FluentWritten & Spoken English LanguageSkills
  • ExcellentInterpersonal CommunicationSkills

  • Knowledgeof CRM and EdTech WorkExperience

Expecteddeliverables/KPIs:

  • Minimum5060 connected calls a day.
  • Weeklyrevenue targets to be met consistently as per the batchrequirements.
  • 23 hoursof talktime per day onaverage.


Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
