Position Summary

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our growing product & marketing team. In this position, the Pricing Analyst will support the Product Management by managing day-to-day pricing activities, ensuring pricing remains competitive and aligned with market conditions. This role involves analyzing market data and competitor trends while interacting with internal customer and product management systems. 

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be positioned as a full-time employee at Abracon’s Center of Excellence located in Bangalore, India. The candidate will have the option to engage in a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Product Team to update and correct price guides to ensure it is aligned with the marketSupport the Product Managers on enhancing existing pricing modelsWork on the development and evaluation of new pricing structures and strategiesResponsible for updating and maintaining PricingDevelop and maintain price monitoring modelsGenerate and distribute price reports and guides to key stake holdersDevelop quantifiable best practices for pricing structuringKey stakeholder for understanding industry trends and changes in the market to forecast demands Analyze market data and competitor trends to support pricing decisions and future strategy development.Utilize Excel, PowerBI, Internal Software platforms, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, etc Support CRM activities for part number creation and design registrations.Provide product support for all Lines of BusinessSupport product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Management4-7 years of relevant experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar roleKnowledge of the electronic component industry is preferredFamiliarity with CRM systems and product management tools is a plusStrong interest and awareness of product management, marketing, pricing, and/or application engineering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrable experience in applying to large sets of dataAbility to produce results within tight time frames across multiple projectsAbility to learn to read technical datasheetsEffective Communication Skills (written and verbal) Motivated analytical thinker, and problem solver with a passion to grow the businessWell-versed with Microsoft Office products
