Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

•Work with development teams to translatescalability, performance, reliability, and functional requirements tovirtualized/cloud computing solutions.

•Develop testing strategies and performingtests to reveal viability of cloud deployment solutions.

•Administration and management of cloudcomputing clusters.

•Assist engineer and development teams with thedeployment of virtualized software services.

•Develop tools to check and report performanceand security metrics for virtualized resources.

•Support for the services and applications thatare critical to the organization’s business needs.

•Identify technology challenges/problems, evaluate& implement innovative solution by using appropriate tools

•Make all the functions of development,testing, deployment, operations, and monitoring work together.

•Do incremental code, build, test, anddeployments by streamlining execution and minimize errors.

•Develop custom workflows and use automation bycoding and scripting.

•Detect early all the errors, bugs, and issuesto tackle them and solve them.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to tacklecomplex security and infrastructure problems

•Implement Continuous Integration andContinuous delivery process with the help of tools such as GIT, Jenkins, andMaven, etc

Education and experience:

•8+ years working in software development on avariety of complex environments/projects.

•Minimum 5+ years of hand on experience as aDevOps engineer or in a similar role

•Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows andfixing engineering processes wrt to DevOps

•Must have work experience withcontainerization platforms such as Kubernetes, PKS, Docker etc

•IAC tools experience with any of terraform,Ansible, Saltstack, Puppet, Chef, Cloud Formation Templates

•Understanding ofC#/.Net/.Net core/SQL software development process/environment (.Net + SQLserver + azure).

•Application performance analysis andmonitoring.

•Experience in Azure services like AzureDevOps, Function App (Dot Net Core), Logic Apps, ADF, Storage Accounts, AzureSQL, App Services, Azure Security roles etc.

•Good experience in configuration managementfor CI/CD environment wrt build, release, and deployment including DataPipeline.

•Hands-on experience with Maven and Jenkins forthe CI/CD DevOps pipeline process, coding & scripting languages such asRuby, Pearl, bash, python, power shell etc

•Knowledge of best practices of development,testing, operations, production, deployment, and monitoring.

•Good to have knowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
