PANOBIZ The People Partner meets the staffing & sales team management needs of corporates and the loan needs of individuals and businesses. Panobiz is also into overseas educational consultancy and helps aspiring students get admission into reputed universities across the world for UG / PG / MBA / Medicine / PG diploma programs.


The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from the open market 
  • Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates 
  • Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations
  • Advising clients on portfolio management, asset allocation and other traditional and alternative investments.
  • Working closely with investment advisory as well as compliance and execution teams to optimise client relationships and service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Conducting regular business travel to meet existing clients as well as to prospect new business.
  • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • Sales & Networking Skills
  • Good Communication & Listening Skills
  • Goal / Target oriented
  • BC certification is preferred.
  • Technical Experience and Competencies:
  • Banking Knowledge, Other banks product knowledge,Account Opening & KYC process, Computer Skills & Digital Knowledge, Good network in the market.
