SUMMARY 

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) Team. As the Manager of the PMO Team, you will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the IST and CST time zones.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the PMO Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct regular project reviews and status updates, communicating with stakeholders to provide transparency and ensure alignment with expectations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO Team, promoting best practices and driving efficiencies. Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues and conflicts, facilitating resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support organizational initiatives and strategic objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus. Proven experience (5 - 10 years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the IST and CST time zones. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana). Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is preferred.
