Job Overview:


We're on the lookout for an experienced Head of Project Management with a background in Mobile and Web App development. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of project management experience, including 2 years leading teams in these industries. Technical proficiency is a must-have for this role.


Responsibilities:


1) Leadership and Technical Oversight:

Lead and mentor a team of project managers, offering technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Utilize deep technical knowledge to resolve challenges and make informed decisions in Mobile and Web App development.


2) Project Planning and Execution:

Lead the strategic planning and delivery of projects within Mobile and Web App development domains.

Define project scopes, objectives, and technical deliverables, aligning with industry standards.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adapt plans to ensure successful completion.


3) Technical Resource Management:

Efficiently manage technical resources, including budgets and timelines, to meet project objectives.

Analyze project requirements and allocate resources effectively, optimizing utilization.


4) Stakeholder Communication and Technical Liaison:

Serve as the primary interface between the Project Management Department and other internal departments.

Engage with clients to understand and address technical needs, providing regular updates on project progress.


5) Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:

Implement and refine technical project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain high technical quality standards.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Project Management.

Minimum 4 years of project management experience, with 2 years in a managerial role in Mobile and Web App development.

A Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.

Deep technical knowledge in Mobile and Web App development technologies and methodologies.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.
